LAKELAND, Fla. (January 12, 2020) – Roger B. Kennedy Construction broke ground for the new 139-unit Providence Reserve apartments in Lakeland, Fla., its second senior living community for Banyan Development, under a $15 million contract. Located at 1175 Providence Reserve Drive, the 142,485-square-foot community will include three two-story apartment buildings, a clubhouse and related site work consisting of 15 acres. The project was designed by Forum Architecture & Interior Design, Inc., and is slated for completion in September 2020. Kennedy recently completed Banyan Cove senior living apartments in DeLand, Fla., which was also designed by Forum.

Developed by an affiliate of LeCesse Development Corp., the 300-unit community includes two five-story and one four-story apartment buildings plus a seven-story parking garage with roof-level clubhouse, pool and fitness center.
