Roger B. Kennedy Construction Broke Ground April 22 for Innovative $10+ Million Warley Park Apartments in Sanford, Marking Central Florida’s First Permanent Supportive Housing Community

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. (April 30, 2019) — Roger B. Kennedy Construction broke ground April 22 for the innovative new Warley Park Apartments in Sanford, marking Central Florida’s first permanent supportive housing community. Located at 1500 West 25th Street, the three-story, 81-unit affordable housing community is being developed by Wendover Housing Partners under a construction contract exceeding $10 million. Designed by Slocum Platts Architects, Maitland, the three-building project is slated for completion in February 2020. From Jacksonville to Key West, Kennedy has constructed numerous affordable housing communities for Wendover which is a privately-held real estate development, investment and management company based in Altamonte Springs.
