Construction Management
We specialize in the team approach environment of Construction Management. From the pre-qualification of subcontractors in the Precon phase; to our field staff reviewing material submittals and approvals to ensure that the actual materials delivered for installation have been approved; to our administrative and accounting staff being accurate and punctual in completing and submitting payment requests, waivers, warranties and other necessary documents, it is a full team effort!
Prior to completion, we conduct our own system testing and “pre-commissioning”, submit record documents and operation/maintenance manuals, and conduct owner training sessions. We obtain the substantial completion documentation after we prepare our own contractor work list and complete the outstanding items. Only then will we request a verification walkthrough with you and your representatives and request the official punch list. We strive for a “zero” punch list by being proactive throughout the project. A major component of the “alignment of objectives” we strive for with our customers is the timely completion of the project that supports their intended use of it. It really is as simple as that!
